Every contribution directly funds animal welfare programs, including emergency rescue, veterinary diagnostics and surgeries, shelter sanctuary, and daily nutrition.
Donation processing
Online donations are processed securely in USD through Stripe and PayPal. Donors receive an automated electronic receipt upon successful payment.
Recurring monthly donations
Monthly donors can modify or cancel recurring contributions at any time via their payment provider portal or by contacting [email protected].
Refund policy
If an error was made during your donation, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. We will promptly investigate and process approved refunds.
Tax receipts and acknowledgments
Donors receive email confirmations for every successful gift. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility under relevant state and federal regulations.
